For women who are holding a lot—quietly, capably, and often without space to set it down.
This is a place to come back to yourself.
Hello, I’m Sonja Mapleston. I create spaces for women to slow down, listen inward, and lead with steadiness.
I work with women who carry responsibility—at work, at home, and within their communities—who are ready to step out of constant output and return to a more sustainable way of living and leading.
Through circles, retreats, and seasonal practices, I support women to settle their nervous systems, clarify what matters, and move forward with a greater sense of ease and direction.
So decisions feel clearer.
Energy is restored, rather than managed.
And life begins to move at a pace that feels more like their own.
My work is shaped by fifteen years across leadership, education, and wellbeing spaces, and by my own lived experience as a mother of three and long-time student of yoga, ritual, and embodiment.
This is work that is practical, grounded, and quietly transformative.
