Sacred, nourishing spaces for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

Hello, I’m Sonja Mapleston, here to help women pause, listen inward, and lead with steadiness.

I support women who carry responsibility—at work, at home, and within their communities—to pause, regain clarity, and make decisions from a place of calm rather than strain. My work helps women lead, create, and live in ways that are sustainable, embodied, and aligned with their natural rhythms.

With over fifteen years’ experience across senior leadership, advisory roles, and teaching in schools, universities, and yoga spaces, I bring a grounded, practical approach to reflection, nervous system regulation, and seasonal planning. I now use this experience to design women’s circles, seasonal workshops, retreats, and coaching spaces that privilege presence over performance.

As a mother of three and a long-time student of yoga, ritual and embodiment, I focus on practices that are nourishing, realistic, and quietly transformative. Through these spaces, and in my writing, I share ways to settle the nervous system, clarify direction, and reconnect with what truly matters.
