Trained in various lineages and styles - including Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal, Sonja is a well-rounded yoga and meditation teacher (Yoga Australia, Registered Level 1 - 500 hours) and circle facilitator. Teaching a blend of movement, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, she joyfully curates each experience with heart and humour.
